To obtain repeat medication, either:
Phone the repeats line 028 807 60824 from 10:00 - 12:00 or 14:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday and give the receptionist details of what you require.
Outside these hours leave a message on answering machine stating:
Tick ( ) each medication needed on your repeats list and add your phone number and pharmacy then either:
Call at reception with your repeats list.
In all cases medication will be available in your pharmacy after 48 hours (except at weekends or bank holidays- 48 hours from when Health Centre reopens). DO NOT CALL AT PHARMACY SOONER AS YOUR PRESCRIPTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
The repeats line can be busy- please leave your message on answering machine.
It is preferable to use the Repeats Box/Answerphone (028 807 60824 outside hours)/Post.
Do not phone health centre line (028 807 61242) to order repeats.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 48 hours DURING SURGERY OPENING, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
